Was accused of stealing and told I was trespassed and I'd be arrested if I didn't leave. I have never taken anything from any store. I have been a customer for 10 years.
This store is at 850 Rancho Las vegad NV. A man named George is the one who said this to me.
I have never stolen anything and why would I have not been questioned when this supposedly happened? Where is proof on camera footage? There is none.
I was humiliated and embarrassed for no reason. George needs to be fired.

Sunday afternoon 1330 the store is getting busy. I normally shop early to avoid the afternoon rush.
I had to maneuver around 30 to 40 blue carts that were blocking the isles all over the store at times three in a row blocking access to countless shelves. Getting to the produce area the shelves were picked bare in over half the areas. An employee walked up to check something and I asked her who runs this store? She replied Why?
I said this is pathetic. She asked what is? I motioned to the baren shelves. Her reply was "Yes it is.
It really is." I was floored. I asked if this was a thing in the store and she said "YES IT IS"". I've shopped at Smiths in multiple states and never seen the poor quality that this particular store is constantly in. Pallets clutter the floor during peak shopping times as well as the blue carts.
The employees that stock and pull those blue carts give little if any consideration to shopping customers. I've seen produce on in the produce area covered in fruit flies and rotten produce on the shelves. Theres never enough baggers or checkout lines open during busy hours but always blue carts and pallets in the way. The poor management at this store is something I would expect from a WinCo or Walmart grocery center not a Smiths.
Especially one in a busy location like North Ogden Utah.
I've bit my tongue for almost two years but after today and especially after talking to your employee, I will be taking note and making them known. Zoom in on the pictures and count the near or almost near empty spots and remember this is just before the busy time of the day at this store.

Uinta Way, Park City Smiths has poor management issues. I purchased two numbered balloons in the floral department.
One of the balloons ends up dis inflated after three hours. I proceed to go to exchange it knowingly that I can get an exchange. The manager in the floral department proceeds to tell me I cannot do that. It makes me pay full price for another balloon that ends up getting dis inflated too.
I proceed to call customer service to talk to the store manager. I get no response, no refund, unsatisfied customer.

Smiths in you Unita Way, Park City Utah in floral department purchase two numbered balloons and had then filled with helium one of them deflated, and I went to get it exchange knowingly that I can get my balloon exchange instead they charge me full price for a new balloon that dis inflated again, no refund double the payment for *** balloons, called customer service to see what can be done, horrible customer service did nothing to help. Smith needs better management.

I gave Smiths at Sugar House, Utah, my complaint but also decided to spend my money elsewhere. The management need better training.
No one needs to see them berate the staff or see unhappy and tense staff. Lots of shoplifting, so when you use the self-service, staff is standing behind you or next to you. Why? They are being pressured to by managers.
The Justice System does nothing about theft, so why make honest customers feel stalked? Why pressure the staff. I see theft right in the open anyway.
Also, one manager constantly attacking people on their white skin and constantly harping on about racism. Who hired and trained this manager to use her position to attack people and call them racists?
Preferred solution: Nothing.

I was never contacted or refunded for the change I should have received. Smiths doesn't care about their customers the way they say they do. They should ask their employee if the till was off that day because if it wasn't, their employee kept my money.
The location is 873 East South Temple Salt Lake City, Utah. Not Colorado
The cashier for this store did not give me all my change. I asked for the rest of my money but the cashier did not provide it and the manager did nothing.
She did not give me a receipt but the cameras would tell the true story.
The store might want to watch this employee, I know of people who make extra money this way. My number is 385867**** and my email is wildwire20@***.com.

Clifford in customer service didn't know how to exchange a recent money order, so he called for a manager....he became so frustrated that he just stated "that's all I can say " and then ignored me. .
Clifford in customer service needs to understand that the customer is always welcome...when he ignored me after the manager showed him how to do something, he never acted like he could be sorry, with no apology.
He COULD have offered some sort of I'm sorry how I acted, but just walked away

Ok, so I went today, and I was blackballed. They said I stole the roast, but this was not what I did. It had little bugs under the cellophane. I spend at least $1,200 a month there, honestly, no exaggeration, for 10+ years.
Smiths/Kroger's has gone downhill, especially the people who work there. I think that it must be a prerequisite, ever since Warren started managing.
He takes twelve canned dog food cases, opens them, and sells them separately. This store is low class, too bad.
User's recommendation: If you want to be treated like you are a big bother, and if you have that kind of money to spend, like a can of McDonald's coffee @ Wal mart is $7.95, @Smiths it's an unbelievable $17.95!!

Regards to Kingman stores plural. Some workers though scream at customers all the time and threaten them while hanging out in the aisles with their family and gang banger friends who also curse and threaten customers.
Else the exact products are approx. two dollars less at the Walmart next door. Employees rant about how much they hate their jobs to customers.
Only specific ones. The district manager knows and doesn't care because he buys *** from one their sons.

Product quality
Went to the Smiths on 2600 S in Woods Cross Utah to go to the Starbucks a Saturday July 27th around 610 pm. The Lady that was working seemed to be new and didnt know how to make the drinks.
I paid around $14 for two drinks. She filled one drink so full that it spilled everywhere and it wasnt mixed. Asked her to pour some of it out so that it could be mixed. This drink was also supposed to have Carmel flavoring in it but she didnt add it.
I asked her to add it which she did but she put so much in it that it was so sweet that I couldnt drink it. She argued with me. You should really make sure that your employees are trained before leaving them to work alone.
This girl needs coaching!!! I will not be back!!
